Blog on Old Age - Introduction:

A person is normally fit up to 85 years. His hands and legs are in working condition.
But after 85 years person starts to become old and handicapped. He is unable to walk without walker.

I am writing this blog to help people deal with their old parents.

To remain fit in old age I found from personal experience that bed yoga is very helpful to stay fit.
My father use to walk regularly but was not regular with bed yoga and his leg muscles began to weaken
and he became bedridden. Many doctor's advise to walk regularly but more powerful then walking is bed yoga.
In yoga full body muscles remain in good condition till age of 95 years. He can not only walk but also
perform daily chores.
