Marks 25 Time: 45 Minutes
Q 1 (A) Fill in the blanks ( 3 questions - 3 marks)
1) 1 crore = _________ million
Answer: 1 crore = 10,00,00,00
1 million = 100,00,00
Now cross multiply we get
1 crore x 100,00,00 = 1 milliion x 10,00,00,00
Therefore 1 crore = (1 million x 10,00,00,00 )/ (100,00,00)
= 1 million x 10
Now 1 crore you can just write as crore and 1 million you can write as just million
Therefore crore = 10 million
Thus the answer is 10 million
2) ______ thousands make 1 crore
Answer: In similar fashion as above we write:
